It opened recently in 2011.  Although it might not be the perfect hotel for meetings (you might notice on their website they even not mention it) but since it has a great location, it is a perfect hotel for businesses if you do not require to use any facilities for meetings in the building.  It is a discreet premium hotel in a strategic business location.
